The Company
Wind Engineering S.p.A. (WESPA) was born in Gualdo Tadino on 2011 with the ambition to become the leader in the production and installation of wind turbines of Class I, II and III, in the market average range ie in the size of 200 to 750 kW. The Company's business started by acquiring North European technology, modified and modernized to make it competitive in every respect on the international market. Currently, the turbines are assembled by a Joint Venture in India.
Founding member of the company are:
S.E.I. Società Elettrica Italiana , a company active in the renewable energy sector for over 15 years, with activities focusing on hydroelectric, photovoltaic and wind power, and in particular in 2007, in wind turbines of 50 kW to 1000 kW.
G Four SRL, a company founded for the development and construction of wind power plants.
Today, Wind Engineering S.P.A. is controlled by Società Elettrica Italiana Holding Srl, which, according to and for the purposes of art. 2197 exercises control and coordination
